Foster Senior Living provides operational services for management of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. Our success focuses on mentoring leadership and providing quality programs within the communities. We provide a full range of in-house accounting services including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. We also offer on-site quality assurance inspections ensuring community performance, nursing consultation, website services, marketing and design, and analysis of area competition. We have locations owned and or managed for other owners, in a variety of states.
Leadership Decisions: We choose individuals as our Executive Directors, who are able to produce a welcoming warmth in their leadership approach. We work closely with our leaders to create a quality package of services to accommodate both current and future residents.
Community Program Development: Every month we are fostering communities to achieve higher quality assurance standards through intense on-site mentoring. Strong marketing is developed and maintained through many avenues including scheduled one on one weekly marketing calls with trained management staff. In addition, accountability through daily census reporting to Foster Senior Living is required.
Relationship Philosophy: At Foster Senior Living, we value relationships. We are in the relationship business not the housing business. Creating lasting relationships based on honesty to enhanced referral sources is key. We achieve this by developing a caring connection to residents, family, and staff.
Internet & Social Media Visibility: We feature strong development of websites for the communities. Utilization of web site optimization and Facebook marketing, coupled with strong tag line imaging is an important part of our advertising campaigns.
Fiscal Responsibility: Through strong budgets, accounting processes and reviews we support the needs of investors and leaders, to achieve their occupancy and financial goals.
